little homeroomNurturing the roots of a lifelong learner.
At Little Homeroom, we believe your child’s primary job is to wonder. Our 12-month curriculum is built to help you trade the pressure of "drilling facts" for the joy of deep connection. From the quiet beauty of a nature walk to the messy delight of a kitchen project, we provide a flexible, low-tech roadmap for ages 3–6+. Here, we don't just teach subjects; we nurture the innate curiosity of a child’s heart, ensuring that when the "facts" come, they are met with a soul already in love with learning.

The Homeroom Club
Little Homeroom is an invitation into a quiet corner of the internet. It is a digital companion for your physical home—where your lessons, stories, and guides are always one tap away. Beyond the curriculum, you’re joining a sisterhood. We gather in our private community to share our 'Mornings with Jesus' and encourage one another in the messy, beautiful work of raising curious hearts.

12 Monthly Units
The Curriculum
We believe in a full year of discovery that follows the rhythm of the seasons. From the depths of Little Oceans to the heart of your community in Little Helpers, our twelve monthly units weave Bible, Science, Literacy, and Math into one seamless story. Instead of juggling six different workbooks, you’ll follow one cohesive handbook that guides you from September through August. It’s a complete academic foundation built for the formative years, all wrapped in a low-tech, high-wonder package.
Did we mention our daily rhythm only takes 45–60 minutes? -

Stages, Not Ages
The Philosophy
Homeschooling shouldn't mean running in three different directions. Every unit is designed for your whole family to gather around one table for one shared invitation. Your Explorers (ages 3–4) and Pathfinders (ages 4–5) will dive into the sensory joy of the project, while your Voyagers (ages 5–6+) stay for the "amplify" prompts—simple ways we’ve built in to add writing, logic, and deeper academic layers to the very same lesson. One activity, three depths, and zero extra prep for you. Because the guide is for your eyes only, your children remain focused on their tactile work, ensuring their education happens in their hands, not on a screen.

Mornings with Jesus
The Heart
Every day begins exactly where it should: rooted in the Word. We’ve designed a gentle, 15-minute rhythm for your family to share Scripture, Bible stories, and intentional prayer before the day gets busy. These aren't just lessons to be checked off; they are moments to recognize the Creator in the middle of our study. It’s a simple way to ground your home in faith and set a peaceful tone for whatever the rest of the day holds.

Treasures Over Worksheets
The Journal & Heirlooms
Throughout every unit, your child will build their own Wonder Journal—a beautiful, physical record of their drawings, narrations, and early writing. Alongside their journaling, we focus on heirloom projects that are meant to last. You’ll find yourself creating things you actually want to display on your walls or keep on your desk—true treasures that document a season of growth you’ll want to remember forever.
From one mom to anotherI know the feeling. You're searching for a homeschool path that feels less like a race and more like a relationship. That's why I'm on a mission: to help families build a homeschool that feels like home.
I created “A Year of Wonder” because I was tired of the pressure of academic timelines. I craved a resource that favored memories over to-do lists. This guide is the heart-work of that journey—a resource designed to help you nurture the roots of a lifelong learner and bring peace, connection, and wonder to your family's journey.
you're in the right place if...You believe that a child's education should be a source of connection, not contention. You're looking for a guide that helps you build your family bond, not just check boxes.
You crave a gentle, faith-based approach for the early years. You want to nurture your child's heart and character right alongside their ABCs and 123s.
You want your children to spend their days with mud on their boots and stories in their hearts, not eyes on a screen.
You believe in hands-on, wonder-filled learning. You know that the most memorable lessons happen in the kitchen, on a nature walk, or snuggled on the couch with a beautiful story.
You want to cultivate a lifelong love of learning in your child. You're not in a race to the finish line; you're focused on nurturing the roots for a journey that will last a lifetime.
If this sounds like your heart, then welcome home.
You've found your people.

the gathering placePowered by Mighty Networks
This is the soul of our homeroom. Our private community is hosted away from the noise of social media. It’s a dedicated space to share heirloom project photos, ask questions, and walk alongside a circle of mamas who value wonder over checklists.
Think of this as your paperless school room: We provide the books (Squarespace), the planner (Notion), and the community (Mighty Networks)—all designed to talk to each other so you can spend less time on your screen and more time with your children.
"A Year of Wonder" is built on a few simple, powerful beliefs about how children learn best. Our teaching method is designed to be gentle on the parent, joyful for the child, and deeply effective in building a lasting foundation.
a guide designed for your family-
We believe in learning together. Every unit is designed for family-style learning, with built-in variations for our three learning levels: Explorers (ages 3–4), Pathfinders (ages 4–5), and Voyagers (ages 5–6+). This allows you to teach all your young children at the same table, strengthening your family bond while honoring each child’s unique developmental stage.
The Rhythm: We find our "Homeroom" rhythm takes about 45 to 60 minutes a day, allowing you to protect your afternoon for rest and play. No separate levels or extra books are required—simply scroll to the bottom of any activity to find the specific "Pathfinder" or "Voyager" prompts to 'amplify' the challenge for your older children.

We believe children learn by doing. This is a grab-and-go guide that requires minimal prep because learning should be an adventure, not a task. We’ve replaced dry worksheets with Heirloom Projects and sensory experiences. Your child will learn math by baking bread, literacy by hunting for letters in the sand, and science by watching a seed sprout on your windowsill.
The Prep: We take the guesswork out of your week. You’ll receive a complete supply list well in advance to help you prepare. Most activities use simple household ingredients like flour, salt, and string—but for everything else, we provide a curated Amazon shopping list so you can have exactly what you need delivered right to your door.

We believe in nurturing the whole child—heart, hands, and mind. Our curriculum is unapologetically Christ-centered, with faith woven into the fabric of every unit. Through our weekly virtues and Bible stories, we focus on character formation and social-emotional growth, with the ultimate goal of helping you raise kind, curious, and confident humans.
The Analog Childhood: We are committed to a screen-free experience for your little ones. The digital guide is designed for the parent only—accessible via your phone, tablet, or laptop to keep your school day flexible and paperless. Your children will never work from a screen; instead, they will record their journey strictly in their physical Wonder Journal, ensuring their childhood remains hands-on, heart-led, and beautifully analog.
the homeroom invitationLittle Homeroom is a "living collection." Because this is our inaugural year, I’m not looking for customers; I’m looking for partners. I am gathering a small Founding Circle of 50 families to walk this path with me first.
As a member of this first group, you’ll help me refine our new portal and test our digital home. In return for your grace and feedback, I want to offer you a permanent seat at our table.
The Founding Gift:
Once and for Life: A one-time enrollment of $199 secures your lifetime access to the full Year of Wonder.
Growing with You: You’ll receive every future update and new unit added to the collection—forever.
A Voice in the Room: Help shape our process videos and parent resources.
How to Join Us: To keep our community intimate and intentional, I’m asking interested mamas to share a bit about their family through a short application. Once our 50 seats are filled, we will close the doors to focus on our journey together.
